Here on the beaches near Samara, we have about a week's turbulent weather, with longer periods of sunshine. The world is changing the climate. 
So we should get the nice days, we now have, enjoy. 
Beware of the passing of rivers. 
The water level of rivers is still very high and we advise caution when passing.

However, the price for one barrel oil on the world market decreased to 113 Dollar - the bottom since 15 April.]]></description>

  <description><![CDATA[On the occasion of the inauguration of the Salon Comunal in Esterones de Sámara, which is located approximately 6 km in the north of Sámara, there were around 200 visitors and enjoyed the music of the Group K-orporacion, the offered food and danced into the night. To all intents and purposes it was a felicitous party, although it came finally to the usual wranglings of those who do not really like each other. 
The surplus of the revenue is going to be used for the further expansion of the Salon Comunal.

  <title>New Refugio supposed to originate</title>

  <description><![CDATA[In 2006 the government (at that time under Abel Pacheco de la Espriella) gave more power to the ministry of the environment MINAE (Ministerio del ambience y Energía) and the SINAC, responsible for the national protective area system. Since than they try to counteract the trend of the building development on the beaches in Costa Rica. Jaco and Tamarindo are prime examples for bulding development on the Pacific side. This is the reason why more and more nature protection zones are developed which are supposed to limit the constructions. The indigenous people try to establish a nature protection zone together with MINAE and the Municipalidad on the beach Buena Vista in Sámara, on which a turtle protective project of the ASVO is already based. Conversations have also taken place about the refugio on Playa Barrigona.]]></description>
